Conor McAvoy and Orla McAvoy Corr, founders of Mac Zero, are driven to push the modular construction industry forward by setting new benchmarks for Customer Experience, Design Quality and Building Performance.

Between them, Conor and Orla have over 50 years of modular building experience having grown the McAvoy Group, from its humble beginnings working out of the family farm, to leading its management team. The name Mac Zero Modular Buildings is derived from their passion to care for their people and to create a culture that drives quality, builds reputation, and delivers its promise. Mac Zero is a small company with big ambitions, run with true family values and a commitment to sustainability and excellence.

COLLABORATIVE TEAM APPROACH

Given that 90% of construction cost is determined at design stage, we focus heavily on front-end design and supply chain engagement, where the direction is set to maximise asset value. We believe that early collaboration with the client team, including groundworks contractors, is the key to high quality, cost-effective buildings. Our collaborative and transparent approach makes the design and delivery process easy to understand.
